@ Mr. EBuster http://www.ebuyer-feedback.com allows sellers to leave their buyers feedback and it ensures only sellers who've had actual transactions with the buyers can do so. It has been live since the changes began.

Ebay could not care less about the seller, except to take their money. I emailed them numerous times, I NEVER got an answer to why this is suppose to be such a fabulous idea! Lately I've been receiving a lot of neutral and negative feedback-the buyers take such advantage of this system-it's just repulsive ! THIS CANNOT CONTINUE!!! WE NEED TO STOP THIS NONSENSE RIGHT NOW!!!!!
