Change Missouri's Motto to Missouri: the Puppy Mill State
In honor of Governor Jay Nixon's willful neglect and rape of the citizen's of Missouri when he refused to listen to his constitutents voices and their vote, and basically repealed the Citizen's wishes to pass Prop B, which gave some humane care to the tens of thousands of puppy mill dogs languishing in the state's thousands of puppy mills, they should change the state motto to: Missouri, The Puppy Mill State. Or how about, Missouri: the state where the legislators don't care what the citizens want.
