Monsters who rape and murder other people, especially kids, are violating every human right in existence. Why should we respect their rights? They're not even human! They can't be. Such horrible acts can only be committed by wild animals. They cannot be tamed or domesticated, they are wild animals and they will always be wild animals. There is no cure to their disease. Please change sex offender laws so that they remain in jail until they die and have to work to eat every day. If they don't work in prison, then they shouldn't get food or anything else, just like respecting and innocent people outside the prison walls. They have no self-control and obviously enjoy destructing the lives of wonderful kids. They cannot stop themselves and will continue to rape and kill until the law puts them where they belong, in jail. They should not get out of jail ever because they are putting everyone at risk. Kids deserve a safe environment where they can enjoy live with no fear of predators kidnapping them and hurting them. The law prefers to protect the rights of criminals rather than the rights of little creatures who come to our lives to bring joy and happiness. But those predators steal everything away from us with their acts which they claim they cannot control, so they should be in jail so that they cannot perform those violent acts. Please change the laws before it is too late for another family. If Dugard's kidnapper, for instance, had stayed in jail where he belonged, the poor girl would have been able to live a normal live with her family. It's not fair to her, her family and every family in America who has to suffer from this.

When pot smoker convictions get tougher sentences than child molesters our country have a problem.
When check Fraud convictions have tougher sentences than child molesters our country has a problem.
When robbers convictions have tougher sentences than child molesters our country has a problem.
We need to stand up and place tougher sentences and longer probation sentences on anyone that harms a child.
Instead of putting white collar criminals in prison. Sentence them to work duties in controled low income housing. Make them pay with their pocket books not sitting in a jail cell.

my daughter attends wvu and at this time is being stalked and threatened by a guy that is in the army rotc program.he said he was going to kidnap her and that she won`t get a chance to scream.the police were notified but as usual they won`t do anything until he does something.this is my baby that he`s messing with so i figure the best way to handle this situation is for me to go down there and deal with this guy myself.he told her that he has black belt in karate so i will be prepared.so hopefully the cops handle this or i`ll be sitting in prison with a big smile on my face.

I cannot express enough how the bad news of child molesters and sex offenders makes me panic for my own child's well being and moral right to strive to be her best untill natural causes claim her. My opinion is as follows. The Court systems do not have strichter laws for child sex offenders because they are backwards. Think about it they have to have a law to make abortion legal, seriously this shouldn't be a subject for discussion "it's killing babies". So why would the lives of our children, that are here, be any less respected or important. There is just no value for human life anymore. Our society sentences a man for embezellment to 35years, versus a child rapist who would only be sentenced for 15 years and most likely get out in 5 years. Any crime against a child is just unforgiveable, and we need to start standing up be it at the courthouse to spit and hollar at the sex offender on his way into court or whatever to make our presence and our passion known. These sexual predators are getting away with what they have done to our children. My daughter at 10 was raped by a family friend. I am going through the court system now and they may give him only 15 years. What is Jessica's law? A minimum of 25 years but the grid basically states NO MINIMUM. There's a law grid for these sexual offenders. They get out and do it again. Something needs to be done about this. Once convicted, they need to remain in prison, away from society so this DOES NOT happen again.
