The Chinese Government promises to 'crush' all protests. I will not watch the Olympic Games. Due to the lack of regard for civil rights, I too will not be watching the 2008 Olympics. I will also boycott the USA sponsors.I am well aware of the similarities of Nazi Germany and China and what bothers me most is that our own country is leaning in that direction. Lord help us.

well, the rest of the world NEEDS to KEEP telling CHINESE officials/government that we KNOW that they are corrupt-authoritarians & we're sick of their lies...it's sad that we can't really stop the Olympics because we don't want to ruin all the years of hard work by millions of athletes/coaches/teams/sponsors, but it's still INSANE that an old 1960's soviet-Politburo-style government like CHINA can get-away with hosting the Olympics where they will OBVIOUSLY hide all protests & such by showing FAKE happy-citizens ((who are probly gonna be smiling cause just out of the tv-camera's picture there are no doubt police/military folks with guns pointed in case their "smiles" fade away, sheeeezz, give us a break))... it's really a sad state of affairs.
