civic right of the people with disabilities

To,                                                                                                                                              The president of all political parties                                                                           dear sir/madam,                                                                                               Despite being a law in favour of people with disabilities nothing has been done for upliftment of conditions of persons having disabilities.                                                                                                                                                                  It is a matter of great regret that there are reservation for sc/st/obc as well as womens in almost all state/nation election(LOKSABHA,RAJYASABHA,VIDHANSABHA) but there is no such reservation available to people with disabilities.If a people with disability wish to participate in these election he has to complete with general quota & which becomes a road block to him. I had written few letters to almost all political parties of india's well as social ministry for doing something in this regard but to no one result.We have no hesitation is stating that the issue  of reservation at hand holds the potential & tearing our community bcause our greater concern lies with the equity to all citizens as political tool in the absence of electrol politics.                                                                                                                                                                                                         I am a physically challanged with 70% disability (Orthopaedic) as per Medical College of Kolkata,West Bengal, but despite my several letters to all political parties & ministry of india no results has been achieved so far.Thousands & thousands of people like me also looking for such opportunity(Reservation in Election) to proove themselves but are unable to do so due to poor handling/neglency on the part of all political parties & ministry of india in this regard.                                                                                                                                                                                      On behalf of all people with disabilities we once again request  your ministry & all political parties to take some correction measures in this regard  for the benefit of misfortunate people with disabilities  who could become a useful organ of society.Now, we some people with disabilities confederating ourselves to seek inclusion on issue of nation interest.We are actively supported by all people with disabilities  & like minded humanbeings in  Movement /Revolution since the last  2 years & who have worked on issue of electrol,civic,social,economic & political rights of a people with disabilities.We consider ourselves a responsible group of people prefering to debate & arguments on all issues. We have since started a co-ordinating a signature campaign to place before you this petition.It is our that you kindly attnetion to the points in our petition.We are petitioning you that the force of a cofirmed list of large numbers of signature in  favour of  human & fundamental rights of a disabled from all over world.                                                                                                                                                            Sir, we know how much excellence means to you; we know your intimate faith in disabled peoples of world/india  & we know of your deep love for our community .                                     We remain in expections of your intervention on the issue.                                                                                                          with regard,                                                                                                    jitendra kumar soni                                                                                                                                       On behalf of all people with disabilites
