We further demand that spayed & neutering be made mandatory for cats and dogs in all States and this be made State or Federal funded. We the people demand our own Pet Project for this is the only way we will ever see a light at the end of the tunnel.

Please stop killing pets in shelters. It is not their fault that they are overpopulated, it is ours. Animals may not be people, but they have feelings and emotions and do not deserve to be killed when they are innocent. If the country became overpopulated, would we round up and kill people? No. So it makes no sense, and is hypocritical, to allow killing in shelters.

It's absolutely horrendous and utterly sad what shelter animals go through emotionally and psychologically. The anxiety and hopelessness these animals go through is just beyond me. This needs to end. It's practically like killing people because there is simply no more room for them all. We are civil people with hundreds of thousands of undeveloped land that could be used for dog sanctuaries, not more strip malls we do NOT need. Please end this terrible trend.
