There would in fact be no need for a fence if only we enforced the laws against illegals and returned them home. People who love America need to think real hard about the changes that modern immigrants are bringing about. Traditional America will soon be dead and we will have instead a third world mess with competing racial/ethnic groups. It's not nice or pleasant to force people out, but is it not worth it to preserve for posterity our precious culture, our values, our civilization?

Honestly, what so many people need to understand is that this has NOTHING to do with being racist, which is what many people seem to think whenever this issue is presented. It is not because we are racist, it is because we don not appreciate having to work the daily grind and pay taxes for our country like abiding citizens, yet we have millions of people in this country illegally not having to pay anything at all. We need to close our borders but make the legalization process easier for those who wish to come into this country to try to make something of themselves. We are a country FOUNDED and BUILT on opportunities for all, but this should not be abused the way it is now. We should not have to pay for other people when they pay for nothing. That, in fact, does actually make you a free loader. Even if you are paying rent and utilities like every other American, unless you are contributing to the taxes well ALL must pay, and are in the process (and I mean ACTUALLY working diligently to legalize your status as a citizen of the US) you are in fact FREE LOADING OFF OF EVERY OTHER TRUE CITIZEN. CLOSE THE BORDERS but ease the process of legalization. And anyone who supports this needs to petition against the absurd AMNESTY Bill Obama's administration is attempting to pass.
