There are criminal elements operating within our Government
Why are Children Services administrations allowed to operate with total impunity, with little fear of scrutiny within a Democratic Government? Why are Family Court Justices permitted to hide behind the “confidential law” that’s meant to protect the Children’s best interest? Both administrations are rife with corruption and often abuse its authority at the expense of innocent Men,Women and their Children.

Family Court is operated like a plantation; it’s a profit-driven industry, a subtle continuation of institutionalized slavery which violates the 13th amendment against slavery and involuntary servitude.

Family Court has been use to “legalize” their racketeering scheme to rubber stamp Children Services State sponsored child abuse/neglect cases to terrorize & subdue underprivileged parents and their children, mostly Afro-American and Latino. This is child Abuse of the worst kind!

My Family life has been obliterated over the last 3 decades by these callous administrations. This problem may very well be on a National level because there are so many more horror stories out there.

We the people, respectfully petition for an Congressional inquiry concerning this matter with the uppermost urgency!

My family has experience countless transgressions for over the last 3 decades by rogue elements that is operating within our Government. The problems that my family has suffered are parallel to MKULTRA victims who were experimented on unwittingly. MKULTRA was the code name for a secret CIA program (1950’s to 1970’s); where they had subjected thousands of unknowing US citizens to behavioral control experiments by use of toxic medications amongst other things; and it appears that a similar program is still ongoing.

Several agencies in the City of New York have work together to experiment on my family by unnecessary subjecting them to injurious pharmaceuticals that altered their personalities. This problem has now escalated because they have targeted my 14 year old niece who has never been in trouble and subjected her to the same abuse that her father and uncles endured. We received no help from the local authorities when we had reported these crimes.

There is a rogue element in New York City Government who is empowering various physicians and City agencies to carry out their unethical experiments on my family as well as many others. This problem may very well be national; the public corruption is enormous and the civil & human rights violations are numerous, and the saddest part of it all; they are targeting young innocent children for their behavioral modification experimentations amongst other things.

With the total impunity in which they are allowed to operate, some of the most horrendous crimes against humanity has been committed against my family and many others. The 13th and 14th Amendment of our constitution had been desecrated by these public officials and physicians; the Nuremberg code has been violated; they showed no regards for the Declaration of Helsinki and totally ignored the Belmont Report on ethical principles.

The crimes that I am reporting is unethical and comparable to kidnap, fraud, Involuntary Servitude, human and civil rights violations, Endangering the welfare of a minor, public corruption, Terrorism and Vandalism amongst other things. No one is above the law, and please help bring Geneva home!

I respectfully petition for a congressional inquiry concerning this matter. I think it is a disgrace to our arm forces in Iraq, some whom paid the ultimate price with their life to rid another nation of similar atrocities; we are a better Nation than that.

i have 6 minor children the state of ct is holding hostage. the children are in foster-care together at paternal grandparent(charles hare). the department of children and families in bridgeport ct became suspicous of hare's sexual behavior around kids when psych doctor exposed that mother of my children had being molested by hare. children were removed briefly. somehow hare has got control of the situation and now my children are back in his care and now i have to be supervised (by hare) if i am to see my children at all. the children cry for help to mother and i when we get the opportunity to speak with them. by an entry in daughter's dairy she wrote of several peiods of torture. that was 17 months ago. mother is in nc now. she has a 5 bedroom apparment ready. guilford county greensboro has approved the children's living arrangement. mother is gainfully employed. still ct will not allow my children back with mother. i believe dcf is covering up sexual abuse done to my minor children and are delaying reunification with continuing court dates and i live 1500 miles away. dcf pays the attorney fees, so go figure how much representation i get. i need this situation investigated immediately

I am not giving up! I My children were taken in 2004. The same year my Mom died. I am still in court getting my children back. The reason they were swiped from me is because of housing and employment. The Department walked me into a home that was already disposition as condemned. (My father owned the property. This case has ruined three good lives. This child should have never been taken from this mother. Their rights have been violated in every way. This particular case took a small asian child of demand for the sake of adoption dollars. This has got to stop. The social workers who made visits had nothing bad to say. Grant money from the federal government for the "Responsible Fathers Initiative" and Richard Gardner's "PAS" (Parental alienation syndrome), are the crux of the family court corruption. Both entities are facilitators of unethical judicial conduct, and are blatantly causing serious harm to the children of our society. Court corruption is big bucks in the USA. There is so much corruption and graft and total waste of taxpayers money for corrupt family law attorneys that bleed both sides dry and cause anguish for many families. Family law judges can be so easily on the take and they receive hefty pensions from the taxpayers. It is a sexist system that favors fathers who have more money and use children to bludgeon good mothers. Wny not put in forced mediation and put away with fraudelent exparte's etc? Why the Congress and Senate ignores this issue is beyond me?

I went to court 29 aug 2007 odered to pay an increase from 53.00 to 100.53 weekly. was up to date after the court date i was behind 1300.00 and now being reported on my credit report as a dead beat dad. Then they sent mutipal income execution for support notices with different dates and amouts. i am military so every thing goes to DFAS so thay cant just ask me.

My ex, Jamie Rosenthal has physically, emotionally, and sexually abused our daughter and hides behind the court order his trashy, twisted attorney, Diane Snyder, wrote and the deranged judge Susan Rankin signed. The judge, who thought she was a psychologist, refused to allow the jury to hear any evidence of the abuse, no experts were allowed to testify, and the DA was thrown out. These judges have no right to stop due process. In my case, I have a new judge and I am confident that things are about to change. These evil people can only hide from the truth for so long. Pedophiles are only as successful as those who accomodate them. The only way to stop it is by filing complaints. You may not win but it puts these people on alert. Every complaint that I have filed is being investigated and going strong.
