This is to enforce conjucal visits for families in the State of PA. I believe in conjucal visits although I never knew that they had conjucal visits before. I think these visits would be good for the inmates and family. But exception should arise on who should get these visits. Inmates who are covicted of rape, molestation, sex offenders, pedifiles, and any other violent crimes should not be required to have these visits. Now I am into keeping the family together. PA always say that they want the families to stay together and the single parent rate is so high. So, Why can't these inmates have these visits?, They are already away from society and it will keep the stress levels and crime levels down in the prison system. So why not vote for conjucal visits I have a loved one in the prison system as we all do and we would want to spend that quality time with our loved one and so would our children who would probly never even see their parent again. So Why Not Vote For Conjucal Visits. You have my vote. Thank you.

I agree, but the children should not have to suffer because of their parents mistakes, Mr South Africa. Vote for conjucal visits in PA, they had it before. Whats going on in Africa? I hope they have the AIDS EPISODE under control over there.

if someone commits a crime against society they should have no rights. Their rights ended when they decided to do the crime. so now do your time and quit bellyaching
