We the tax paying citizens of the United States of America
come seeking congressional hearing to establish new laws
concerning Family and Childrens rights and the Reformation of unlawful
practices of Child Protective Services Nationwide. You may be
shocked to learn that there is a Nation in these modern day times
where the citizens are threatened into submission, as half a million
children are ripped from their homes, tortured, exploited, abused, and used for
monetary gain by Government Agents. We are appalled to
learn that this Nations Government is not only aware of what is
occuring, but is deeply involved and actually provides the financial
funding that is motivating such henious crimes against humanity.
The statistics of just how many children are actually being kidnapped,
emotionally tortured, and isolated from their families, children
being sold for monetary gain by the very Agencies whose designed goal
is to protect them, and Just how much money this Nations
Government spends in the aiding and abetting these incidents of
kidnapping is quite staggering. Once this Nation was strong
and proud. It's citizens were once esteemed world leaders, but
today this Nation is one of shame, weakened by the loss of hopes, and
dreams, ands its people are prisoners of terror, seemingly bound, and
chained, defeated by their own fear and helplessness. Can any of us
just except , or allow our own Government spending 120 billion dollars
every year to finance such kidnappings and such direct violations of
Family rights? Do we truely believe there is any legal, or moral
justification for our Government to spend 61 million dollars a year to
assist in the enslavement, torture , abuse , and occasional death of
our own innocent children? Would we as American citizens permitt our
Government to use our hard earned tax dollars to perpertrate such
deeds? Would we even support a Government that is envolved in the
destruction of the American dream, and the cause of geonocide of
American Families and American way of life? In conclusion the identity
of the Nation I speak of,. is quite sadly, our own United States of
America. The Momentum is growing daily. The time is now. We demand that
this nations leaders here our voice!! We will not be silenced!!!

i am a single mother of four beautiful sweet children two boys and two girls and my family and i have been vitims of DHHS in maine they took my children away and took my rights because i have bi-polor so in anywa i can help others not go through what i am i will sign every pititon to make it so child protective services change there ways in dealing with family and stop the cruption that they do to families that need not there children taken away for life....we the families need to take a strong stand againts the system i now that we are mothers and fathers and we love our children and to have DHHS think that they hold the keys to your family is unjust and not needed stop riping children away from the parents that are trying to change and make a better life for them and their families... they need to be stoped......desireah davis

IF the goal in your case is still reunification you need to find out what the laws are in your state for tape recording a conversation. If you are a one-party state then don't tell the case worker you are recording, If not tell her it is just to aide you in your memory! Call her up and set up a time when you two can talk, ask her what you need to do to get her to return your children, ask her what else she would approve of you doing to get her to return your children, ask her who would be responsible for saying you were successful in what ever she suggest you do, how will you be graded/whatever, who can override her, what reasons they would give, and once you have successfully done this ask her how long after will you return my childre. You then write her a letter to "recap" your conversation and give her 10 days to confirm/dispute your "take" on the convo. Now you have her committed and a way of calling her out when she does'nt follow through. CPS has destroyed both of my careers. Because of their unwillingness to actually do an investigation, I will be forced to live on wellfare. My children won't be able to get a good education, so they will also be forced into the "system." This is the ultimate in job security. CPS has stolen over 6 months of my children's lives from me. They have shortened the life of my parents. They have created health problems for me and my children. They have yelled at me, called me names, and been physically agressive in their dealings with me. They have lied about me and to me. This agency is not interested in what is best for the children. One Social Worker told me that he was worried about his job, because "over 200 layoffs have already happened." This agency is likened to the KGB. There are not limits or guidelines that they are forced to follow. This agency needs to be stopped!!!!!

Let me start by introducing myself my name is Mrs. Deana Carol Cerbo.I too have been a victim of CPS of Phenix City Alabama.My mother and I had made an agreement that she would take custody of my three children until I was more finnacially able to care for them.My mother and I mutally went to court and agreed that she would take them in 2000.I left the state of Alabama partly because my ex-husband was abusive to me and obcessed with me.I was a resident of Columbus Ga.at the time I requested legal aid to help me with my divorce.The whole office voted that they would help me get a divore.My mother came down with some health issues before I was able to take my sons back.My mother gave Russell County Department of Human Resources temporary gardianship I have since moved away and no longer live in Alabama and Georgia.I however have made regular phone calls to my children.My children have express how they miss me and how much they want to see me.Cameron my oldest child told me that a previous social worker told him they would send me bus tickets so I could visit,but it was just a lie told by CPS.I for a long time was not able to visit my children ,because of my finacial situation,I was remarried in 2001 My mother was there and even brought my boys to our wedding.It took us some time to become finacially stable.We now have four children that we are raising and would like to take my two oldest children back,but CPS wouldn't even allow me to visit my children in June of 08.My husband I recieved a stimulas check and was looking forward to a visit with my children after years of them wanting to see me and me wanting to see them.I called my mother and told her we were comming on a Greyhound bus to see her, and my children and some other family members.She was suspose to have had vistation with my children the day we arrived.She was worried that if she did not contact CPS about our visit that she would get in some kind of trouble.She contacted them and told them I was comming and they told her that when I arrived that she was not to allow me to come in her house with my children there. My mother told me they wanted me to call them before I came.I called them and they wanted to know what day would I arrive and what day I would be leaving on.I now know why they wanted to know this information,it was so they could cancell my mothers regular visitation just to prevent me from seeing my children.They told me over the phone that I would have to meet with them in order to see my children knowing very well they would never let that happen.The CPS worker Christian N.Lilly and the department staff seemed to get actual joy to see me crying about wanting to see my children.They even went as far as to tell me I could see them the next week knowing the date we would have to leave.They didn't care how they broke my boys hearts and mine.Now they want to terminate my parental rights to two of my boys.As far as my son Cameron a petition was never filed to terminate my parental rights,the reason is he is old enough to know the truth,and Christian N.Lilly and the Russell County DHR can no longer silence him.Should they persue him, he will expose them for what they truly are; a monetarily opportunistic,self intrest seeking entity whom through abuse of power satisfy their personal interest rather then meeting the needs of families and children.The Russell Department of Human Resources stated in the petition filed for termination of parental rights that I was making no plans for reunification,more lies by the department,as I stated my husband and I went to visit them June2008 and was denied by the same ones who stated I made no effort for reunifactaion at all.They also stated I had not kept communication,just another lie by DHR of Russell County.I have had constant cumunication since I have been gone,the boys have told me all kinds of things that has happened to them while they have been in thier care.I was told by my son Justin that he was made to ride around with the foster care mother's son while he was drinking,and driving,how he was made to sleep at her son's house without a bed or blanket.I was told how he was susppose to have his braces of of his teeth taken off the Summer of 08 and how they are still on his teeth.The list goes on and on from both my older children I have one son that can not speak for himself because he is autistic.I want to be able to raise my two oldest son's.As far as my autistic son Preston has special needs that I do not have the resources to provide.I still however need to be able to talk to him as much as possible,be sent pictures of him and visit when I am finnacially able to.I need someone to work with me about Preston,he is still my son and I love him very much.When my mother was taking care of Preston DHR told her they would provide a "Professional Guardian"and counselor to provide care and assistance for Preston.Only after consming a great deal of Preston's disability check was it revealed that he was not specialized to deal with autistic children.As soon as the truth was revealed he either quit the department or was simply transferred.DHR placed him in his position for personal gain rather the providing professional help for a handicapped child.DHR does not have a problem with saying or doing what ever it takes to terminate ones parental rights for their own intrest.It is time We the Parents of The United States of America stand up against the corruption with in the walfare system.It is time we speak for the ones who can't and make someone listen to the ones who can,and give our children truley the love and proctection they deserve.We need to make the corrupt Department Of Human Resources accountable for their actions.I am still fighting to get Cameron and Justin back and to matain contact with my autistic son Preston.It will go to court April 23,2009 in the Juvenile court of Russell County Alabama. I am sharing my story in hopes that some light on how I personally have been treated by an agency that is suspose to help the family unit, but instead is set on tearing it apart for it's own intrest. I have been fighting tooth and nail for my 2 children for a year now. Lindsey Fleming from WV CPS is moving to termenate my right because of her work-load! This is not fair! My children cry and beg to come back home with me. Someone needs to put a stop to these kind of situations!

http://www.care2.com/c2c/group/CHANGE_REFORM We are better in numbers. There are far too many persons that are victimized and abused by DCFS than ther are families that are helped. This includes: Adoption, Foster Care, Education. The use of the Mandated Reporter only states that DCFS doesn't feel that Medical Professionals, Day Care, Schools and Clergy are not worthy or responsible enough to do their job to help educate children and families. Let's finish what was started. DCFS/CPS needs to be help accountable for their actions. Child Welfare should read their own definition of abuse and neglect. If they did, they would see that they are doing the abusing and neglecting. There are many children that need protected. But far too many cases are being indicated from false allegations and DCFS's personal judgement. CPS should not be profiting from WARDS and hotline calls. |
