Crack down on tax havens

The caymans and especially switzerland have been tax havens for way too long. The people who put their money in Gringots controlled by the dwarves there have long been swindling the poor of earth and promising early immortality to those who come.
It is really a crime against humanity and their banks functionaries at BIS and also all the CEOs should be arrested and have their financial assets locked and throw away the key until this rats nest of corruption and illegality and yes, dare i say it, immorality starts to fester with no access to goods or markets...... foreign banks should be allowed to move in and anyone moving assets over $10000, should be reported to the US,UK,EU and this should go for all those Canadians too who have sook to hide their assets and value from the tax collector while the poor suffered unable to move.  If we are to achieve justice, Obama style, this is what we must do.
Similarly the Good Shepherd.    And Tenerriffe and the Bahamas and other caribbean islands and even more remote places like Sri Lanka should be investigated too.

Stephen Harper and the house of commons are guilty too, until they crack down as well, and the banks are complicit in Canada too, while they still have desks that deal with cayman and swiss bank account transactions.  
If you TAKE your living from Canada, you have to pay something back.
