On October 6,2009 this 6 week-old kitten was tortured to death in Pennsylvania.
  A group of men threw rocks at her and then put lighter fluid on her back and lit it. As you can see her whiskers are burnt,but so was her entire back.
  She was rescued by an animal control officer,but later died from her injuries.
  Things like this have to be STOPPED in every state.Tougher laws need to be implemented.Please help to stop this abuse of animals.

  We the undersigned ask that you make animal cruelty a felony offence with longer jail terms and heavier fines.Clearly people who are cruel to animals are dangerous and some turn out to be psycopaths.Please remember that animal cruelty IS a crime.
