JACK SPARKS A FORMER HEADMASTER OF GREENFIELD DAY SCHOOL WHO FLAT OUT LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING HE SAID, JACK SPARKS WAS ARRESTED ON MAY 0F 2008 FOR CHILD ENDANGERMENT SCROLL DOWN AND READ THE STORY BEHIND THE MAN WHO JUDGE BERNARD SHAPIRO QUOTED ON THE FINAL ORDER AND RELIED IN HIS TESTIMONY YET THE SO CALLED RABBI SPARKS HAD BEEN ASKED TO RESIGN GREENFIELD DAY SCHOOL 7 YEARS PRIOR TO THIS COURT CASE, BUT JUDGE SHAPIRO AWARE OF THIS DID NOT CARE AND IGNORED MR. O'CONNOR'S TESTIMONY THE ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL OF THE SCHOOL WHICH THE CHILD WAS CURRENTLY ATTENDING, WHOSE TESTIMONY WAS THAT THE CHILD WAS A GREAT KID AND THE MOTHER WAS A CARING, CONCERNED AND INVOLVED MOTHER AND MR. O'CONNOR TESTIFIED THAT HE HAD NEVER MET THE FATHER YET THIS JUDGE NEVER QUOTED ANY OF THOSE COMMENTS BUT HE DID RELY ON A MAN WHO GETS ARRESTED FOR ENDANGERMENT OF A BOY... THE JUDGE THAT CARE -TAKERS ARE FORCED TO ACCEPT THEIR RULINGS IN KIDS LIVES!!! JUDGE BERNARD SHAPIRO SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE RUINING FAMILIES.

FOLLOWING IS ONE OF JUDGE BERNARD S. SHAPIRO'S HORRIFIC RULING'S:
When L. G. a single mom, requested an increase in child support and back owed child support, from her son's father, the father responded with a request of a custody change of their son's primary residence, so he could be the residential parent and get child support from the mother. The father left when their son was only three. The father owes the mother $ 9,000 in court ordered past due bills, and $12,900 in back child support, and the mother who has spent $200,00.00 in this unecessary case is now unemployed due to the harrassment at her job with the court issues. The judge, switched custody to the father with no basis, no reason, the mother is a loving, caring, concerned, devoted, involved mom, the child is an all around great kid, yet Judge Shapiro ruined all that. Judge Shapiro dismissed the debts due to the mother by the father and cleared the father from paying the mother and ordered that she pay the father child suppport, even though the father makes a substantial amount of money (6 figures), and the judge knew that the mother was unemployed. Judge Bernard S. Shapiro removed the son from his well established ,loving, normal, healthy and happy life and placed him in an unknown environment, in a different school with no friends away from his support group, away from his mom and away from the life that the child had been accustomed and raised in, all of his 16 years...The explanation of this appalling order and travesty of law was because Judge Bernard "Bernie" Shapiro felt that the father was very rigid and because of that the son would make "A"'s in school if he lived with him, and Shapiro also felt that it was the father's turn to have the son even though there had never been one paper filed in court in 16 years by the father against the mother,or any court filing to show that the father at any point during the child's 16 years had any interest in obtaining custody or more visitations (the father's petition began when the mother asked for the child suppport that the son was entitled to)Judge Shapiro basically played with the child's life and abused his power.
The son is currently failing his classes at his father's,(in 16 years the son had never failed a grade or classes) at his mother's he had no problems. The Father's job keeps him away from home 20 to 25 days a month, the Mother is involved 24 and 7 in the child's life, the father lives in a county different from the mother, and when the change first took place the child was not allowed to see the mother out of vengance and the son was used as a tool to hurt the Mother. Judge Shapiro ruled that the Mother could not see her son in 30 days from the day the custody change took place this was the way Judge Shapiro wanted to show control and punished the Mother for fighting his ruling, and punished the child because he wanted to stay at his mother's.
Their son is a 16 year-old mature, bright young man who has always lived with his mother. He has never been in trouble with the law, or at school he has never used drugs or alcohol and was very involved in sports, extra curricular activites and charity work. He has lived in the same community, had the same friends, and went to the same school with the same group of friends all of his life. Judge Bernard S. Shapiro ignored that the son was very involved in his religion, such as youth group, counselor at his temple, charity work, all this stopped since the ruling took place and Shapiro knew this would happen and did not care. How can a Judge cause so much damage in the most important and detrimental years in a teenager's life, and get away with it because he feels he can, this Judge had no respect or consideration for this child's life!
The son did not want to live with his father, Judge Bernard S. Shapiro was aware of the son's feelings and refused to take the son's feelings into consideration. The judge refused to allow the son to testify and ignored his pleas of wanting to stay with his mother. The son wants to come home, he is sad, he has lost his high self esteem, he misses his home,his mom, his friends, his dog and his school, please help us, sign the petition and stop the Judges who ignore the child's best interest. . Lets unite and remove the un-deserving power this man has been given, lets stop this judge from ruining other children's lives.... UPDATE AS OF NOVEMBER 5TH, 2007 THREE MONTHS AFTER JUDGE BERNARD SHAPIRO'S RULING, THE SON WAS RETURNED HOME TO WHERE HE SHOULD OF ALWAYS REMAINED WITH HIS MOTHER, 2 MONTHS OF HELL JUDGE SHAPIRO, DR. FIRPI, LUCY ZELMAN, DR. PHILIP C. BOSWELL, RABBI JACK SPARKS WHO ALL INVOLVED THEMSELVES AND PARTICIPATED IN TRYING TO DESTROY AND LIE FOR SELF GAIN AND TO NO AVAIL, THE LAST LAUGH IS ON THEM BECAUSE THE SON WAS BACK HOME THE FATHER RETURNED THE SON WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS AND OUTSIDE THE COURT AND THESE EXPERTS ALL WERE KICKED OUT AND THAT IS WHEN THIS FAMILY AGAIN FOUND PEACE WHEN ALL OF THESE PEOPLE WERE IGNORED, NOT A PENNY MORE WAS GIVEN TO THEM AND NO COURT RULINGS WERE FOLLWOED THE FAMILY TOOK CONTROL OF THEIR LIVES AGAIN AND REALIZED THAT ALLL THIS COURT SYSTEM AND THESE SO CALLED EXPERTS AND THESE EDUCATORS AND SO CALLED PROFESSIONALS WOULD SAY WHATEVER IS ASKED OF THE IF YOU HAVE THE MEANS, BUT THIS WILL SERVE TO DEMONSTRATE OF HOW MANY EVIL PEOPLE ARE OUT THERE AND ARE WILLING TO PARTICIPATE IN UNJUSTIFIABLE CAUSES JUST TO MAKE MONEY. We would also like to warn you about hiring LUCY ZELMAN, She is unethical and disrespects the privacy of the families that hire her services, she will involve herself in delicate court issues of parents that have enrolled their children in her tutoring academy, without having any knowledge of the truth and ignoring and or hiding the facts. She will go out of her way to show up in court to provide a testimony that has no bearing or truth, her testimony is solely to help who she will benefit from. for your information Lucy Zelman Learning Center is located at the Bet Shira Temple.
Dr. Philip C. Boswell, Clinical Psychology, recommed by Dr. Firpi for the child to be taken so to mediate between the child and the father, but Dr. Boswell did not want to accept what the child was telling him and called the child a psycho because the child was telling him that his father needed to drop the custody case, and that he didn't want a relationship with the father as long as the father continued with the absurd custody change, and that he did not want to live with the father that his father had not been involved in his daily life and that the pictures that he would see at his father's house while the father was in vacation he was missing from all those pictures, yet Dr. Boswell being part of the money side would force the child to uncomfortable sessions allowing the father to harrass and intimidate the child, and ignored the child's pleas, so what kind of psychologist calls a defenseless child a psycho, this one did, an unprofessional one one that is in it for the money to force a child to do what the child is too smart to allow himself to do and realized that this was all a manipulation o0f the court sytem and these people not one of them cared about him the child realized this immediately and because the were caught and their deceiful game called the child a psycho in front of the mother and the mother reported it to the court and the court did absolutely nothing, because all these people work together for the side that they want to have succeed and they will all twist everything around and they and they alone have the power to put fear in the victims that are thrown into these battles for selfish and unfounded reasons, all these so called expert on a continuos basis remind the mother and the child how they have the power to report to the judge what they want and that they will be the ones believed UNLESS YOU ARE LUCKY ENOUGHT TO HAVE AN INTELLIGENT JUDGE WHO CAN NOT BE BOUGHT AND CARES FOR THE CHILD AND WILL LISTEN TO THE CHILD AND WILL TRULY ANALIZE THE CHILD'S LIFE AND THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD......LISTEN TO THE CHILD THE KNOW BETTER THAT NO ONE WHAT THEIR LIVES ARE ABOUT......NONE OF THESE PEOPLE THAT COME IN FOR A FEW MONTHS KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT A CHILD'S HISTORY HOW DOES THE COURT MAKE CHOICES ON THE BASIS OF WHO IS A BETTER LIAR AND NOT ON FACTS!!!!!!!!

Rabbi Jack Sparks was arrested on May 12, 2008 on charges of child endangerment of a fourteen-year-old boy. Sparks took the boy on a shopping trip to the Fairfield News and Tobacco store on New London Road in Newark and encouraged the boy to pick out a magazine in the "back room" where pornographic magazines are kept. The boy declined, picking out a gaming magazine instead.
Dr. Rabbi Jack L. Sparks, holds a doctorate degree in Educational Leadership from Boston University, as well as graduate and undergraduate degrees in curriculum and instruction, Jewish studies, counseling psychology and elementary education. He has been an educator in Jewish Private Schools for 25 years in Boston, MA; New York City, NY; Miami, FL; Austin, TX and Talleyville, Delaware.
Unfortunately it is not uncommon for an individual who molest children to work in the education field and also to move around from state to state. There is a fear that Rabbi Sparks could have left a trail of victims along the way.

NEWARK, Del. (AP) - Newark Police have arrested the head of a Wilmington school for allegedly encouraging a teenage boy to buy porn.
Police say Rabbi Jack Sparks of Albert Einstein Academy took the 15-year-old to a store with a room with merchandise for adults. Police say Sparks offered to buy the boy a pornographic magazine so he could "have a good time."
Police say the boy declined and told his parents, who notified policeDetectives learned Sparks got to know the boy because one of the teen's relatives is a student at the academy.
Police say Sparks had been taking the boy out to eat and shop. Eventually, police said he bought the boy a computer where he was having sexual conversations with him during online chats.
Jack Sparks, 53, was taken into custody Monday morning and then released on $2,000 bond.
He is head of the Albert Einstein Academy in Wilmington. Sparks was charged with engaging in sexually inappropriate Internet conversations with a 15-year-old male. NBC 10 reported that the boy was not a student at the school.
Police said the teenager cut off the relationship when the rabbi offered to buy him pornography. Investigators said the boy eventually told his parents about the incident this February, and that is when police began to investigate. Police arrested Sparksand seized a computer and adult pornography from his home.
Police said they had a message for other parents.
"We're very concerned," Henry said. "We know that this type of offender usually has more than one victim -- that they seek out other children, so at this point, we're asking for anyone who has had an inappropriate relationship with Rabbi Sparks to come forward so we can investigate that as well
Rabbi Jack L. Sparks, 53, head of school at Albert Einstein Academy at 101 Garden of Eden Road, was released on unsecured bail on the misdemeanor charge stemming from a relationship developed since February 2007 with a now 15-year-old boy, police said in court records,The teen was smart enough to put an end to it," Henry said. "[Sparks] didn't get a chance to follow through."
"Sparks told the boy he loved him," police said in court records.
The online conversations turned sexual, including talk of female body parts, pornography and masturbation, Henry said.
