Cynthia Bowen Is A LIAR, and a THIEF 

Id like to introduce everyone to Cynthia Bowen. Cynthia Bowen is the Texas CPS casewoker that I have refered to in other petions. This woman told my daughter that I brought her to the CPS office not for an interview, but to leave her thier to be adopted by a good family. Then she took a necklace that my daughter had asked to were. I found this out 2 months after my 6 year old daughter had been returned to her father. And the whole reason for CPS being involved in the 1st place. Was because my 6 year old daughter was telling myself and boyfriend that her father " would take a woman into his bedroom and stay thier till morning even though my daughter had not had any dinner." " That da locks her in her bedroom and wont let her out except to go potty and fix a PB&J sanwich." "Momma what my da do in the middle of the night when I wake up and he got an icky movie on tv, and hims trying to sit on something" "Mommy what my da trying to sit on??" " Mommy what my da doin when I wake up and my da has his hand down where a zipper be, and he run his hand up and down real fast and then he get real stiff and go seep" And Cynthia Bowen's response was to return her to her father as fast as possible.
