Sgt Don Smith leaks info to Stringer Dennis Brands

Please help Clean-up the Palm Bay Police.
I was told that it was Palm Bay Police Sergeant Don Smith (friend of Dawn Taplin) who is a police leak for a stringer named Dennis Brands.
SGt. Don Smith gives out internal Police information to Dennis Brands. Brands uses this information to get footage of an arrest (before the arrest is made). Brands goes to the site before the police get there, because he was tipped-off by Don Smith to film the arrest so Brands can sell it to the media (which he does) for personal profit he is called a Stringer.
In this way the Palm Bay Police profit off an arrest, this is more corruption in the Palm Bay Police. Please help clean up the Palm Bay Police and request Dawn Taplin's public record.
Denis Brands sells his film footage to the media at top dollar (the film he gets because Sergeant Don Smith tipped him off about a planned arrest.
Yvonne Martinez, Public Information Coordinator, City of Palm Bay, Florida, says Dawn Taplin left the Palm Bay Police and moved to Australia.
Palm Bay Police Sgt. Bryan Kerr in Internal Affairs, phone: 1-321-733-3061, has yet to release Dawn Taplins Public Record. I requested it. Bryan Kerr said he wants me to pay his salary, when is it U.S. citizens pay cops off to get public records?

In the Florida news, Dawn Taplin of the Palm Bay Police on the corner of Minton and Malabar Road roped, dragged and brutally killed "Porkchop" a family pet potbelly pig. Dawn Taplin was also going to kill two dogs in the head with her police gun while video-taping herself.
Finally, Brevard Animal Services stopped Dawn Taplin from killing the two dogs. But Porkchop was killed.
Family, friends, neighbors, community, and co-workers are outraged by the unfounded and senseless killing of Porkchop.
An investigation found that every statement Dawn Taplin made about why she killed the potbelly pig was fictitious, and out-right false.

Dawn Taplin runs from the law. She rejects living in the United States, so she is hiding in Australia. All Australian tell Dawn Taplin to get out, she is an animal killer. Calling all DOWN UNDER to report sighting of Pet Killer Dawn Taplin.

We have created a petition on Care 2 Petition requesting that Dawn Taplin be fired from the Palm Bay Police Department. Dawn Taplin is unethical, dishonest and incompetent as a Law Enforcement agent.
She has deceived the community both Brevard and Orange County. Dawn Taplin has participated in illegal acts: impersonated veterinarian, created evidence, and planted evidence at a crime scene. She created a media frenzy staring herself for her own personal gain. She killed a potbelly pig named Porkchop.
Dawn Taplin threatened to kill two dogs in the head, and if Craig Engelson had not stopped her, the dogs would be laying in the street bleeding to death, and dead. How can Dawn Taplin be trusted? She can shoot two dogs to death and video tape herself doing it.
Clear the way for a reputable Law Enforcement Agent to replace her. Please help me. Have Dawn Taplin removed from the Palm Bay Police Department.
