I have a court order to collect spousal support that is not being followed. And because he lives in another State , they will not do anything. Some
state's do not follow court orders from another state. Also because child
support is not added to my order it just doesn't matter. I am not a second
class citizen. I am human and put in 21 years to try to have a good family.
Now he is getting away with leaving me in proverty. I've adopted my grand
daughter my daughter could'nt handle it. What I'm looking for is my ex-husband following the court order and paying the alimony he was ordered
to pay. He is now in the rears $118,569.69. I think if all the states followed child support and spousal support orders alot of people would
be able to live better.

Child/spousal support orders should be nation wide and not just within the state they where ordered. If a warrant is issued for non-payment then the warrants whould be nation wide. Too many dead beats just pack up and move out of the state in which the order was placed and get away without supporting what the court ordered as their responsability. My ex is over $60,000.00 in arrears for child support and he lives comfortably while I most rely on welfare to feed my children in which he abandonded after I had suffered 4 strokes and was diagnosed with severe Crohn's disease. It's just not Fair!

For the well being of America's bright future as a, thriving, successful, leader in anything, it all starts with a child. How that child is taken care of, to the school the child learns in. The tax payer would love to see the single mother paid from the responsible party,not the other way around.

There really ought to be a Nationwide agreement to stitch this up. Deadbeats should be forced to pay up by any means of exerting pressure available.
