As you know, we all witnessed around the world about the devastating tragedy of the Harp seals in Canada.  Mac Harb, the sole politician, was repeatedly rejected and shunned to start a debate about the Commercial Seal Hunt by the Senate.  Mac Harb proposes a commercial seal hunt ban and to protect the indigenous people's rights in Canada for the debate.  Who wants to give Mac Harb an opportunity to have the debate in the Parliament of Canada?   Thank you.
