A meeting took place on Thursday 11th December at MEL Secure systems, Siskin Drive Coventry. Between My wife Pam, Myself, my employer Peter Druzyc, Managing Director of MEL Secure Systems and Angela O'Neill Disability Employment Adviser from Jobcentre Plus, Torrington Avenue, Tile Hill, Coventry. On Thursday 15th May I had been working as per normal at the company's Coventry HQ along side my colleagues on a project for a local authority. The next morning I had been arrested at my home at around 7pm I was told I had harassed The Chairman of Warwickshire police authority. (I had reported him to The English Standards Board for behaviour that was not appropriate after he had sent me a threatening letter which was according to Lord Denbigh was illegal as he had made statements which he was not authorised to make.) At Rugby police station I was locked in a cell. I asked to speak to a solicitor but this was denied me. Instead I was introduced to a psychiatrist who said that any one who does such things to Mr Blundell was obviously mad {or words to that effect.} He then ordered that I be sectioned under the mental health act. I was then taken by a police car to the Caludon Centre in Coventry. A mental health tribunal took place on May 28th 2008 and a Doctor Kumar told the tribunal that my mental condition was effecting my work. There was also false information about me in a written report by a social worker who did not attend the hearing. At the meeting last Thursday Angela O'Neill asked Peter Druzyc if he had realised that my mental condition was having an adverse effect on my work for the company. He told her I had not appeared to be having any problem with concentrating on my job nor did any of my colleagues believe I was acting in anyway but my normal self. I asked Peter Druzyc if he had been in contact with Dr Kumar of the Caludon Centre and he said he had never heard of Dr Kumar. He was asked if any one else in the company had spoken to Dr Kumar about my work and he said No. On May 28th I had phoned one of my colleagues Line Manager Jake and told him why I had not been to work. Later that afternoon Jake and another colleague Ash came to see me at the Caludon Centre I told my colleagues what Dr Kumar had told the tribunal about my mental health effecting my work. We found the nurse in charge of the ward Staff Nurse Reason and Ash and Jake told him that they had been working along side me that week and were certain I was perfectly normal and they were sure no illness was effecting me. Later that week I was told they were going to force me to take medication. I told them they were in breach of my Human Rights. I was subsequently held face down on a bed in front of a room full of people including 3 young girls my trousers and underpants were taken down and I was injected in the bottom by someone I could not see. From the moment I was arrested I had asked for a solicitor I was told that I would have a solicitor for the tribunal but no one was available. I eventually saw a solicitor in August and she was able to get me off the section and released from the Calundon centre. Throughout this time Rugby police had claimed I would be facing charges for harassing their boss Mr Blundell but once a solicitor became involved they quickly withdrew the charges claiming they were not in the public interest. Under English case law it is very differcult for any politician to claim harassment. I do not thing the CPS would have considered the fact that I was complaining with just cause about Phillip Blundell's behaviour to be a case I would need to answer for. As I understand the laws on Mental Health Tribunals it is against the law for someone to feed the tribunal false information. I also had a legal right to complain to The English Standards Board about the conduct of former Chief Executive of Rugby St Cross Hospital Trust Phillip Blundell. It is also an abuse of police powers to have someone arrested for political reasons Mr Blundell is a former Labour County Councillor I am a Conservative supporter. Members of a police authority are not supposed to arrange the arrest and detention of people they don't like. The NHS should not employ doctors who are willing to tell lies about patients at tribunals. I have now reported The Chief Constable of Warwickshire Keith Bristow to the Independent Police Complaints Authority for Human Rights abuses. The attached letter was received 4 days after my only contact with Mr Blundell. He doesn't have the power to declare two serious crimes to be cases that are closed. Later that afternoon Jake and another colleague Ash came to see me at the Caludon Centre I told my colleagues what Dr Kumar had told the tribunal about my mental health effecting my work. We found the nurse in charge of the ward Staff Nurse Reason and Ash and Jake told him that they had been working along side me that week and were certain I was perfectly normal and they were sure no illness was effecting me. Later that week I was told they were going to force me to take medication. I told them they were in breach of my Human Rights. I was subsequently held face down on a bed in front of a room full of people including 3 young girls my trousers and underpants were taken down and I was injected in the bottom by someone I could not see. From the moment I was arrested I had asked for a solicitor I was told that I would have a solicitor for the tribunal but no one was available. I eventually saw a solicitor in August and she was able to get me off the section and released from the Calundon centre. Throughout this time Rugby police had claimed I would be facing charges for harassing their boss Mr Blundell but once a solicitor became involved they quickly withdrew the charges claiming they were not in the public interest. Under English case law it is very differcult for any politician to claim harassment. I do not thing the CPS would have considered the fact that I was complaining with just cause about Phillip Blundell's behaviour to be a case I would need to answer for. As I understand the laws on Mental Health Tribunals it is against the law for someone to feed the tribunal false information. I also had a legal right to complain to The English Standards Board about the conduct of former Chief Executive of Rugby St Cross Hospital Trust Phillip Blundell. It is also an abuse of police powers to have someone arrested for political reasons Mr Blundell is a former Labour County Councillor I am a Conservative supporter. Members of a police authority are not supposed to arrange the arrest and detention of people they don't like. The NHS should not employ doctors who are willing to tell lies about patients at tribunals. I have now reported The Chief Constable of Warwickshire Keith Bristow to the Independent Police Complaints Authority for Human Rights abuses. The attached letter was received 4 days after my only contact with Mr Blundell. He doesn't have the power to declare two serious crimes to be cases that are closed. How can ANY Country hope to have an impartial Judiciary when there are Freemasons in the Clerks of Courts Offices, the administration, amongst the Judges, within the Solicitor/Lawyer associations (if not running them) and BAR council AND the Jury?
