Demand the FDA Act Now on Gluten-Free Labeling
Every day millions of Americans are forced to question whether a product labeled “Gluten-Free” is really free of ingredients that could harm their families. Without clearly defined regulation, manufacturers are currently free to interpret “Gluten-Free” however they wish. As new gluten-free foods enter the market each day, this glaring lack of regulation poses an ever increasing health risk to those of us eating gluten free. We need the FDA to act now to resolve the gluten-free labeling issue for our health and safety and our children's health and safety.
