Oil Companies are really trying to see how rich they can get by raising the cost of gasoline. They say that they are in demand, but really it's for money! It's a big blow to the tourist industry. And it's a big blow for truck and car shows due to the exhibitors can't afford to drive their show vehicles to the shows! Write your legislators in addition to signing the petition.

We the undersigned are sick and tired of the big oil companies choosing to be stupid by raising fuel prices in order to see how rich they can get! We want the oil comapnies to be denied tax breaks for being greedy and stupid!

Gas is down right now but it will be going up as they are decreasing out put and productivity to boost the price of gas. This almost shut us down not to mention the trucking industry. Washington state gets their gas from Alaska and we were way up there in price to five dollars a gallon. Our production was deliberately cut to raise the price, by our own country so what can I say. Boo to Alaska.

We have seen record profits for these companies and the people are paying the price at the pump. People are having to stop the jobs they have because with daycare and gas there is nothing left to live on, etc. Yet, these companies continue to have record profits and give themselves record incomes! our enconomy is in rough shape and the world food prices are skyrocketing because of fuel cost as well as many of our basic items. The general person can not get the kind of tax breaks these companies do. Time to have the companies pay the tax that is thier share to pay and get this economy on the right path.
