Dogs, Cats, and Many animals Got deperate In Puerto Rico

Last June 7  when I Arrived In PR   I Saw a dead Dog  On The side of Highway.  Late Afternoon I Saw 2 Or 3 Dogs Walked On The Street In Luiguillo, PR And when i Went To Cidra, PR I Saw Kitten Followed Me in the parking lot. I Knew Kitten Need To Eat Smell From Pizza Box. Kitten Was Smart. My Hand Wave Kitten's Hair. Kitten Seemed So Sweet. I Decided To Take Bacons bits from pizza so to keep it Away From Parking Cars . I Was Thinking About Kitten So Sad. So I Considered About Begin Serious Report to ASPCA, HSUS, HSI,  ETC Will Take Care Of Them "Protect Animals In Begin Puerto Rico" Why Not IN PR.  So Later I Saw One Dog Walked On The Street Cidra, PR Near Ceiba PR. I Was Dissapoint Again. and Another My Sister's House I Saw 3 Another Dogs Walked On The Street. My God I Got Worrying About Them Crash The Car. Other Day We Went To My Brother's House And We Found Out Another Dog With Microchip Dead On The Highway. We Got Shocking My God Horrible. I Notice No One Picked Dog up. Dog Still Laydown On The Highway Horrible. It Seems No Fair About All Animals Fear, Hungry, Street, ETC. So I Decide To Create This Petition. It Will Help To WIN For Programs Protect/Secure Many Animals IN PR. If You Love To All Animals Safe Then Please Sign the pettion.  Then I  Will Forward To HSUS, HSI, ASPCA,  ETC More Power To Stop Animals Scare, Walk The Street, Desperate. ETC.
