Dogs or Jail?~~ Help Wanda Moran Save Her Dogs

Many dog owners consider their companions to be more than simply canines - they are instead, viewed as treasured members of the family. Family is how Wanda Moran sees her 6 dogs and her loving perception of her dogs may force her to face jail time.

According to WLWT News 5, the Campbell County Dog Warden wants Moran to give up four of her 6 dogs because Silver Grove regulations specify that residents may own no more than two dogs.

She has lived in her home for 13yrs. The dogs don't go near the fence to bark unless some tries to coax them from the Dani Bar ( an ice cream stand),which is only open 5 months out of the year. Wanda has even gone as far as posting signs on the fence saying "Don't Feed The Dogs"

The "dog warden" and Mayor have even told Wanda if  4 dogs aren't gone by the 7th  they would take them. They can't do this if they want the dogs they will have to take her to court to get a judge ruling. They cannot make this decision on their own. The 'dog warden" even told Wanda to keep the dogs in the house cause if he sees them he will take them, from her FULLY FENCED in yard.

All this woman wants to do is to continue to love and care for her dogs ALL 6 of them. They are all spayed/neutered, up to date on shots and even licensed. Hey dogs are 14,13,12,10,5 and 9 mths. There is nothing wrong with having 6 dogs if they are all properly taken care of. She is a responsible dog owner and has been over the limit for 12yrs. so why now??? Why remove these senors dogs now??

Lets all speak up for what is right. And in this case what's right is to let this woman keep her dogs and love them in what will be the final year for most o them.
We the undersigned would like to ask for you to reconsider your decision in removing 4 dogs from the care of Wanda Moran. She is a responsible dog owner and 4 of her dogs are seniors right now anyways. Please do what is right and let her keep her dogs. This case has stirred a lot of bad publicity for Silver Grove Kentucky and I'm sure you would not want the backlash that will result in removing these beloved family members.

Show the world that Silver Grove Kentucky has a heart.
