Don't Give big banks anymore business!

I was so angry and I hope you will be too!  On top of the current financial woes brought on this country by those profit crazy hooligan banks, the new fees they're coming up with are just despicable.  Being a person who cannot cash checks at her own Bank of America branch because I'm in the red: World Vision kept billing me though I told them about my having lost my income.  Giving me a wonderful $36 overcharge fee into my monthly user fee the resulting other overcharge fee.  Total $75 in fees; that account is frozen now.
In order to cash this check w/o an account I took it to the bank it was drawn out of: Citizens.  Now if you don't have an account the license alone is no longer fine, they fingerprint you and here's the kicker!
$5 FEE ON ALL CHECKS UNDER 100$10 ON ONES OVER
Had I stayed in that ridiculous place $5 of my $30 check would have gone to paying off the imaginary debt I owe to Citizens for not keeping an account.
PS: The Shaw's here does it for 50 cents.
