I recently had a problem with spore, and I asked EA for help. After waiting 24 hours, with no awnser, I decided to search for ways to get them to awnser me, and found a review site for EA. I went there, and there were 900 negative reviews for EA. EA, dont give people free software that dosent work on Macs, or fake coupons, just hire people to help us with our problems.

Tons of us have had problems with our games. Tons of us have been ignored, sent free software that dosent work either, and givin fake coupons. Tons of our hours have been wasted waiting for a jerk to pick up the phone on customer service and either immediatly hang up to stop the ringing, or asking us to try things that are either destructive to our computers, unrelated to the problem at all, or just plain improved to shut us up. You must improve your customer service.
