Please encourage Congress to pass COMPLETE AND FUNCTIONAL legislation for green energy. CLEAN COAL ISN"T CLEAN !!! OIL HAS HARMED THE EARTH ENOUGH ALREADY - AND WE"RE ON IT. The lobbyists must not have the upper hand in this. Beyond what any group of people want, our lives (or at the very least the quality of our lives)and the lives of future generations depend on this.
