Transit to other major cities would be tremendously beneficial for college students like myself. Bus transit is expensive so students without cars have to rely on others for carpooling. A consistent train schedule would be greatly utilized by students who wanted to get to major cites near their home towns, or to go to other cities for concerts or shopping on the weekends.

I would love to ride the train if it came through La Crosse. I'm always traveling to the twin cities and to madison, chicago, etc. and it sounds easier than driving through congested traffic all the time.
