Stop the show Man Vs. Wild

Man Vs. Wild has continuously shown their viewers useless slaughtering of animals. We have seen him skin a sheep on national television when he did not need to, we have seen him bash snakes heads before cooking them, and we have seen him deliver harm unto many animals when it was not needed.
Instead of holding the snake up and telling the viewer how to kill it if an emergency ever was to arise, he kills it.
This show is a constant reminder of the animal abuse happening all around the world everyday, and children and adults watch this show and are disturbed for days by what was shown on national television.
We the undersigned, believe that Man Vs. Wild is a disturbing show that portrays animal cruelty at its finest. 'This show does not promote a positive image for wildlife. We should be focusing on conservation of the limited resources we have left, and a healthy respect for the animals we share the world with. Instead of promoting a healthy atmosphere of learning, this show is teaching people and their children that wildlife is nothing but unfeeling things to be used at our discretion. It promotes animal abuse and senseless killing. Often times, the protagonist doesn't even use all of what he annihilates. He just kills it and leaves what he doesn't use. We know that the show is staged, and that this man is nowhere near in fear for his life at any time. What he needs to be doing, is teaching the audience what needs to be done in an emergency situation; he doesn't need to actually do it. He can teach a valid and interesting emergency tactic without actually performing the action. A fake show killing real animals is NOT right.'
It would be very helpful and apreciated if you would take Man Vs. Wild off of your line up.
