Exclude Abortion from Health Care Reform

According to the 2009 Health Care Reform, abortion will be funded by American tax-payers.  Abortion will also be a required benefit in almost every single insurance program.  That means that if this bill passes through the Senate, virtually every American will be under a tax-payer funded insurance program covering abortion, leading to the biggest expansion of abortion since Roe vs. Wade.
70 % of Americans do not want this and cannot afford it.  Whether you are pro-choice or pro-life is not relevant; what is relevant is that abortion should not be considered health care, and it should not be funding by American tax-payers.
You're probably wondering how abortion is included in this bill.  Well, a law states that if abortion is not excluded from a bill, then it is automatically included, whether there is language including it or not.  There is no language in the bill that excludes abortion from healthcare, therefore, abortion will be included in the reform.
This movement is a cornerstone to implement the Freedom of Choice Act (FOCA), and it will make abortion in our nation unstoppable.  Presidant Obama promised to limit the number of abortions in our country, but his bill will do nothing but more than double it.  This is an attempt to save a falling industry, and it will bankrupt our country.  Mr. Obama made too many promises before taking office, promising to limit abortions, but also promising Planned Parenthood help in increasing business and profits.
Please tell Senate to vote no on any bill that does not explicitly exclude abortion.  Abortion is NOT healthcare, and we, tax-payers should NOT be funding them through government paid insurance plans.
