We the People, the undersigned, the citizens of Mother Earth, are fed up waiting for our fellow human beings to change their ways. We're mad as hell that our government doesn't do more to enforce anti-littering laws. We pledge ourselves to spend one hour a week cleaning up the litter in our neighborhoods and communities. We will educate our children, our neighbors, and our community about the problem of litter. We will encourage everyone to get involved, because, if everyone spent a single hour picking up trash, there would be no litter left anywhere.
