FIND THE CRIMINAL OF THE BEHEADED CATS FROM TIMISOARA

Dear Sir,

We, the undersigned have learnt about the horriffic  crime which happened in TIMISOARA,ROMANIA
FRIDAY 15,at noon, when a young woman who lives in the block nearby found two cats  decapitated and another one with the head crashed ,near the building , where they were living  in the care of a family and habitants of the building, who all loved and care for them,the neighbourghs are shcocked to see the cruelty with wich the poor cats were killed,here is the link

we,all are horrified and ask  you to find the criminal who made such horriffic crime and  we ask to be punished, reguarding the LAW OF ANIMAL PROTECTION.
As EU country, you cant allow such things  to happen in your country,
