FIRE DR RICHARD DAINES

Dr. Richard Daines is an unelected offical and  the New York State Head
of the DOH. His recent Mandate of New York State Healthcare Workers
to receive a Flu shot or lose our Job is pure Communism! Supreme Court
Justice Mcnamera has rightfully stepped in and put a Halt to this injustice.
Only to have Gov Patterson issue the same Halt to the Mandate in
"Cover" of  " There is a shortage of such Vaccine "(N1H1) so indeed
Gov Patterson Halted the Mandate on 10-22-2009.  We healthcare workers of the State of New York, insist that Dr Richard Daines resign or that Gov Patterson FIRE him on the grounds that we NY healthcare have the same rights as our patients in our right to refuse any medical treatment we feel would not be our best interest. We NEW YORK STATE
Healthcare workers have never taken an oath to give up our rights as American Citizens by having Forced invasive procedures against our will
or suffer our inherent right of practicing Medicine in NY State! This injustice
will not be tolerated by any American. If this is truly the "LAND OF THE FREE" please sign this and prove this is still America, the Land of the Brave! It may be noted that Dr Daines recently announced to the
public on Fox 23 news " I will not be getting the N1H1 shot!"
This is the person who deemed the shot so important, except for
him and his family! Way to lead by "Hypocrisy" Dr Daines!
For now, each of us who risk our lifes to healing people with no
vaccines in sight for too many diseases, like HIV, HEP C, and too many to list, keep doing your JOB, forget people like Dr Richard Daines.
WE are healers! Do not forget we have FAMILY like anyother profession, and want to go home SAFE. We have to unite in this
cause, before some Hypocrite like Dr Daines thinks he knows what's
best for the Healthcare Workers family, taking away your right to your
family's decision because you are a HEALTHCARE WORKER! Please
stop this Maddness NOW!

We the undersigned, ask Governor Paterson to ask Dr Richard Daines
to step down or FIRE him, due to his unwarrented/unamerican action
of his Mandate that requires all of New York State Healthcare Workers
be FORCED to inject Flu shots into our bodies, thus voiding our rights as Americans  to choose what we think best as to our own bodies. This is no
different than Blackmail in the form of a Mandate. We believe this is Still America. In the America we grew up in and LOVE, this action by Richard Daines makes our America closer to Communisum in such Mandates than
our forefathers would have ever permitted.
