Double standard for animals in India, foreign species are in danger. In J&K Indian animal related laws are not effective due to special provisions under article 370. PFA HARYANA raised these points under RTI Act, 2005 before Hon'ble Speaker Lok Sabha on dated 19-10-2005 but till date the said points are un-attended.
