Diane Fleming is a truly wonderful woman and should NOT be in prison. She is absolutely not guilty of the crime she is imprisoned for. She is the mother of two wonderful sons and a terrific daughter. She was an ideal wife, mother and member of her community and there are a large number of people who not only have known her for decades but will testify as to her character. She does not need to be in prison in Virginia and and never should have been charged in the first place. It all comes down to a lame attorney at trial. It will kill you every time. Worse than fatal cancer. There is a more detailed but short synopsis of her case at the following address if you would please look at it>>> http://freediane.blogspot.com/ Please past the address to your address bar. I think you will find it very interesting. Then you will understand why there are so many who believe in her innocence and want her out of prison. Virginia is not known for its Fair Trials. It is quite the punitive-minded state. I thank each of you for your support!!!!! I truly do.

Diane is a lovely woman that I have had the great opportunity to get to know. I have known her for more than seven years. she has been a a great voice in the community and church. she does not deserve to be in jail/prison.

I know Diane and we have been writing for over a year. She is another case of justice gone wild and bad attorneys that land innocent people in prison. She should be released Now.

Diane Fleming was very active in her church and
is guilty of helping and feeding the homeless and looking out after everyone but herself. She is kind and good.
This beautiful person is innocent.

It is terrible that an innocent woman is in jail while many criminals are free. Virginia (especially Chesterfield and Powhatan) has a justice system that does not work!

I believe in the system but sometimes they make mistakes and this is one of those cases. Diane is innocent.

Diane needs new ears and minds to review her case for freedom.

I agree with everything Betty says about her. Visiting her fairly often I feel deeply her loss of years of
guiding her daughter's growing up and close contact
with her whole family. I pray for her freedom.

By all acounts it seems Diane has been unjustly tried and convicted of a murder that she clearly has not committed.
The people responsible for this, in good faith, should give the woman back what is left of her life.

After reading the facts as stated by the person who has started this petition, I believe a miscarriage of justice may have been done In the Diane Fleming case.
Please at least take the time to look at the evidence again and read the updated information. At the least she deserves a new trial. At the most a mistrial.

I am a friend and fellow parishioner of Diane Fleming.
Diane is a loving, generous, mother, and a devoted friend. Diane has lost so much because of this injustice she has
endured for 7 1/2 years; her home, assets, watching her
daughter become a teenager, and her freedom. But, I do know Diane has not lost her faith, her dignity and her pride; no one can take those from her! Please sign this
petition and pray Diane will soon be free to return to those who love her.
