My objective is to bring a once a month voucher to be disbursed to lower income persons with disabilities and elderly that have automobiles.  It is unrealistic to expect us to pay these rising gas prices and not be compensated as known by governments that the lower class most likly do not have the advantage of increasing wages to suport income house holds.  As food prices and oil prices rise it is impossible for SSI and Elderly recipients to afford nessities.  So I am asking persons that are infavor for the once a month compensation voucher to sign this petition.
