I have visited many other Universities without any hassle about parking. Not only is it difficult to park while going to class it is also a burden on student who live on campus and have a vehicle. The fact that students are forced to pay 100 dollars to park on campus is simply%uFFFDridiculous. This fee does not even%uFFFDguarantee%uFFFDthat students will be provided with a parking spot.%uFFFDFree parking will be less of a hassle for students and will decrease tardiness and the skipping of classes.%uFFFD

I live on campus and I think the prices for parking are AWFUL! It is my first year here and I, like many students, am having a very hard time being away from home. I came to this school to be closer to my family and friends so that I would have an easier time adjusting, yet they cannot afford to pay for parking so much so they can't come see me much at all. I am having an extremely hard time being at school, and honestly I blame it a lot on not being able to have visitors because of the parking.
