He is in prison for a sentence of over 100 years, depending on what article you read, it varies. He is extremely intelligent and his crimes, per se, have mainly been victimless. Yes, he has escaped prison a number of times. Yes, he continues to revert to his old ways. But this man is extremely intelligent, (apparently he has an IQ of 163), and with an intellect like that, I believe, letting him (and his brain) rot in prison is a sin and a complete miscarriage of justice.
