Free Toll For Handicap Californians

This is in honor of my girlfriend Jerodelle D. Llorera. My beautiful girlfriend has a handicap; and like millions of California residents; she travels using the toll bridges in California on a daily basis.  On the toll bridges in California; carpool lanes are provided for cars with 2 or 3 passengers; but why not provide free toll during those same hours for those residents that are handicap? It will also cut their waiting time; providing their bodies some much needed relief.
So please my fellow Californians; if you also have a loved one with a handicap; let's be a voice for their rights to free toll during car pool hours on California toll bridges.
