IMillion of children are being born all over the world due to the neglegence of people. 75 % of these children are accidents. Men are primarily the blame when clearly , it's the female that has the last word on bringing these kids into the world.  I say they make vasectomy FREE  to those who can't afford this procedure. It would keep the percentage of fatherless children down and the state will have to feed less of them being that the majority of single mothers in America are on welfare.
