Give me a break! It's just a few days out of the year and closing down the streets is for the safety of everyone. Where is your holiday spirit Pearl?

I believe closing off a couple streets for safety purposes isn't going to hurt anyones business. Its not for the whole year, just a month. Rich people must be complaining, that's the only time something like this becomes a big issue. You have this San Antonian's full support!

We need to do this to protect patrons of this great event. As a resident of San Antonio, I know just how horrible people drive in this town. I work down the street from where this event happens and I know first hand at how careless the drivers are in this area!

Nightmare on Grayson has become a fixture for the Halloween season in the community. They have a short operating period and their requested adjustments to the traffic flow for the area are minimal in light of the considerations to safety. The impact on other businesses is negligible considering any business in the area is closed while Nightmare on Grayson is operating.

If everybody else in the city can close down streets for anything they want, Nightmare on grayson should be allowed there few days in october.

I don't see how this event that lasts only one month can have negative effects on the surrounding neighborhood and businesses. This event has been a staple of SA for as long as I can remember and I think it makes since safety wise to close the streets. It also allows the customers to have more fun.

My husband and I have a child. I find closing streets to traffic to be an excellent safety measure.

I DON'T BELIEVE THAT THIS BUSINESS IS IMPACTING ANY BUSINESS IN THE SURRONDING AREA IN A NEGETIVE MANNER. NIGHTMARE ON GRAYSON HAS BEEN IN THE SAME AREA FOR SEVERAL YEARS, IT NEVER SEEM TO BOTHER ANYONE THEN, NEVER HEARD ANYONE COMPLAIN. IT'S RIDICULOUS.

I believe the temporary street closure is in the public's best interest, particularly for safety.

Thats ridiculous. I don't understand why some businesses, even after business hours, are thinking that they are being disrupted. Safety is the most important thing, in my opinion. I know for one that little kids run around everywhere, especially if they are excited and full of candy... If something dreadful happens, a petition would go out to stop Nightmare on Grayson! Why wait for the worst to happen when we can safely avoid it! Good luck Nighmare on Grayson!

If you take away the coolest Halloween deal in town, our cities youth will find more destructive ways to celebrate. Come on Pearl, quit being a cry baby

Nightmare on Grayson is a San Antonio tradition! It's Halloween, for crying out loud. Pearl Brewery needs to leave y'all alone.
