Boy did GM blow a great car. GM would have been far ahead if they had continued to manufacture and sell that great car. I want one, and I want it now. Our country needs it and the world needs it. What were they thinking when they sabatoged the American public? I hope another car company comes out with a model and leaves GM in the dust. America does not need another non-renewal fuel. America needs the electric car.

Zero emissions vehicles that rely on renewable energy sources (wind, solar) make far more sense than using one that runs on some outdated form of fuel that you know is going to run out in a few years. Plus, it is one of the worst things we are doing to the planet and to ourselves. I want a good electric car! No more oil! No more gas! No more emissions! Stop global warming!

My physics teacher showed my class the video on the electric car. I know it is full of propoganda and obviously sides with the electric car makers; however, even without the video, I believe electric cars would be beneficial to our society and the world today. Especially in the situation of the oil industry and the rising gas prices, electric cars would provide a helpful substitution to oil run vehicles. Not only would it lessen our dependency on oil, but it would also reduce the pollution and toxins in the air. If it's money you're after, I don't care. I would buy one.
