Operation get Kenny Chesney to St. Louis!

We the undersigned are petitioning for a performance to be added in our hometown of St. Louis, Missouri. Traveling on the road has to be harder than any of us knows, but St. Louis has been one of your regularly scheduled tour dates for a very long time until this year. Your stop in St. Louis has meant much more than just a concert to us, it has been a mini get-a-way. We all go to your concert to let loose, have fun, and forget everything...just for that one night. We are still there every single year sun or rain, hot or cold, good times or bad.

On the Flip Flop Summer tour, you got sick from the extremely hot and humid weather, but we didn't care. We still came to the Poets & Pirates tour and rocked out with you until past midnight. I'm sure I speak for most of my fellow petitioners as well as myself when I say that night is a night we will never forget. Most have attended many different concerts, but there is no other feeling like a Kenny Chesney concert. There may be a stage and an audience, but to us it%u2019s just one big party. There is no separation, just everyone celebrating together.

The point is summer does not feel right without a Kenny Chesney concert. One day a year we all get together to let loose and have fun...but we can't this year. We don't live by the ocean, have palm trees surrounding our homes, or get decent weather year-round. We live in the middle of The United States of America where the weather goes from good to bad every day%u2026sometimes even in the same day! That is St. Louis. We may not seem like much, but together, we make up some of the biggest Kenny Chesney fans on this planet. We need our get-a-way, even if it is for a night.

It has recently been announced that you are planning on taking time away from touring. We understand that you need a break from such a crazy life which is why we need our Kenny fix just one more time before your break. We are your dedicated fans and would be honored if you would please consider adding St. Louis to your tour dates. Should you choose not to stop by, we will still be there the next time, but please think about adding us. Thank you for taking the time to hear us out and good luck on your tour this year.
