Get a Dog Park in Gaylord Michigan

Target:
Gaylord Mi city council and mayor
Sponsored by:

I have seen many dogs in my area (gaylord mi) and even though the town is a medium size town (pop approx 18,000), but no parks that allow dogs or a place for dogs to run. And I think its time for a dog park for unsocialized (dogs who are learning) or socializing dogs can have fun. There are many vacant and fields and buildings(mostly abandoned) that could be used for a dog park. The weekends are always busy and I think tourists and locals would like to have a dog park. I want to put the emails down so you can send emails and comments but i only have a number that i dont want to publish.

We the undersigned would like to see a dog park in the city or outskirts of
Gaylord Mi. As you may already know that the city can be busy and full of
tourists on the holidays and weekends and tourists including locals would be probably happy to have a place where they can let their dogs run loose and
enjoy life without a leash. I hope you do think about this wonderful idea
and concern local citizen. And thank you for taking your time to read this
letter.

A dog park is a good idea. It provides space for dogs, should provide appropriate care and also educate people on appropriate behavior with dogs.

It should happen! Animals need a place, one where they are safe and secure, one which is off the main streets.

It may save lives of animal walkers and their canine friends!
