Give back honor to those with an "Under Honorable Conditions" discharge!!!!

Too many Veterans are forced out of the military because of acusations of homosexuality after serving with no incidents (page 11s). Under Honorable Conditions discharges should be allowed to receive GI Bill Benifits. They have done just as much as those with an Honorable Discharge. Sometimes those who don't deserve an Honorable Discharge because of going AWOL or causing a substantial amount of problems for their service are handed benefits that others who served honorably and in combat zones are denied benifits based on sexuality or a mistake they may have made as all humans do. Is that how we treat our veterans? It is time to say "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!" Our GLBT Veterans deserve the same benifits!

It is the VETERAN, not the preacher,
who has given us freedom of religion.

It is the VETERAN, not the reporter,
who has given us freedom of the press.

It is the VETERAN, not the poet,
who has given us freedom of speech.

It is the VETERAN, not the campus organizer,
who has given us freedom to assemble.

It is the VETERAN, not the lawyer,
who has given us the right to a fair trial.

It is the VETERAN, not the politician,
Who has given us the right to vote.

It is the VETERAN,
who salutes the Flag,
who serves under the Flag,

Eternal rest grant them O Lord,
and let the perpetual light
shine upon them.

Have you thanked a Veteran today?
We the undersigned demand equal rights and benefits for all GLBT Veterans with a discharge of "Under Honorable Conditions" (UHC).
As the leader of the free world we should set a precident for the rest of the world in GLBT rights. We were trained to serve with honor and respect and should receive nothing less than that back from our country. We need for as many Americans as possible to be properly educated and by expanding the GI Bill to include "UHC" you will open a flood gate of new students and future leaders upon the schools of the country. These Veterans share the same mental and physical scars as any other veteran if not more because of "Don't ask Don't tell"
Bullets don't discriminate on the battlefield and the GI Bill shouldn't either.
Please Mr.Presidnet help heal some of these scars and include "UHC" discharges in the GI Bill.
Thank you for your time and consideration,
