GIVE BRITNEY HER KIDS

About Kevin: Kevin Earl Federline (born 21 March 1978 in Fresno County, California, USA), who sometimes refers to himself as "K-Fed," is an American dancer and aspiring rapper, husband of pop singer Britney Spears, and co-star of the reality television show Britney and Kevin: Chaotic, which consisted of home videos from the couple.

On the night of September 18, 2004, less than two months after his son was born to actress Shar Jackson, he married Spears in a non-denominational surprise ceremony at a private home in Studio City, California, before 20-30 guests. Spears reportedly had to pay for her five carat (1 g) engagement ring, and initially refused to have Federline sign a prenuptial agreement, although later he did sign one at the request of Spears' mother. Federline has two children with Jackson: daughter Kori (b. 31 July 2002) and son Kaleb (b. 20 July 2004). Spears bought Jackson a house in 2004.

Before meeting Spears, Federline worked as a back-up dancer for Spears' ex-boyfriend, Justin Timberlake. He and Spears began dating during Jackson's second pregnancy. On April 12th, 2005, Spears announced through her website that she was expecting her first child with Federline. A son, Sean Preston Federline, was born on September 14, 2005.

Marriage, Divorce, Relationships, Children

Federline had a relationship with Shar Jackson. Their daughter, Kori Madison, was born July 31, 2002.

Federline and Britney Spears began their relationship while Jackson was pregnant with Federline's second child. This prompted Jackson to comment that, "it wasn't like just breaking up a relationship. It was like breaking up a family." Federline's and Jackson's son, Kaleb Michael, was born July 20, 2004.

When Federline's relationship with Spears became widely known, the tabloid media gave him the moniker "K-Fed". Although loath to use the nickname publicly, Federline has used it in his music. He displayed his disdain for the media creation of the K-Fed name during an episode of WWE RAW where he said, "Come January 1st K-Fed is dead, Kevin Federline will be whooping Cena's ass".

Federline is noted for his marriage to American dance-pop superstar Britney Spears. They married on September 18, 2004. They have two sons, Sean Preston (born September 14, 2005) and Jayden James (born September 12, 2006).

On November 7, 2006, Spears filed for a divorce, citing irreconcilable differences. Federline was in Toronto, Canada at the time promoting his new album for the Canadian music station MuchMusic.[11] Federline immediately counter-filed court papers seeking spousal support and sole custody of the couple%u2019s two children.

Federline and Spears's 60-page prenuptial agreement, prepared by Hollywood attorney Laura Wasser, apparently entitles Federline to US$300,000 per year for half the number of years the couple was married. Under that formula, Federline will be entitled to US$300,000 from Spears, since they were married two years. Federline will also receive 50% of the proceeds from the sale of their Malibu home, and will be allowed to keep any gift received from Spears under US$10,000 in value.

On December 4, 2006, MSNBC reported that Federline set up a home for himself and his family in the Hollywood Hills. Star magazine reports it is a 6,300 square-foot, five-bedroom home.

Federline maintained an equally positive relationship with Spears until their divorce was finalized on July 30, 2007, meeting with her several times over the summer of 2007. After their divorce became final, Federline returned to court to seek primary custody of the couple's two children citing Spears' reported erratic behavior in public. On October 1, 2007 a court ruling granted him physical custody of his children with legal custody to be decided.

Federline has been the subject of much media ridicule.  In an episode of Family Guy, a fantasy sequence features Federline asking a magic mirror how he can "look like a douchebag today." The mirror tells him to not shave, shower, or change clothing, and to "walk around with an undeserved sense of accomplishment." Saturday Night Live featured a mock TV commercial for "Federline Briefs" underwear, with Kevin played by guest host Ashton Kutcher.

Her fifth album is scheduled to be released worldwide in November 2007.

Spears's fame in the music industry has led her to experiment with other forms of media, including film and reality television. As an actress, she is most noted for her starring role in the 2002 movie Crossroads. Spears has also made guest appearances in various other movies and television programs. Her success as a singer led her to several high-profile advertising deals and endorsements.

Spears's marriage to back-up dancer Kevin Federline and the birth of their two children, Sean Preston and Jayden James, put her music career on hold. The couple's divorce in November 2006 was highly publicized and followed by an on-going legal battle for custody of the boys.

2007: Personal struggles

In January 2007, Spears's aunt, Sandra Bridges Covington, with whom she had been very close, died after a long illness with breast cancer.[110] On February 16, 2007, Spears stayed in an off-shore drug rehabilitation facility in Antigua for less than twenty-four hours.[111] The following night, Spears went to a haircutting studio in Tarzana, California and shaved her hair off with clippers. A few days later, on February 20, 2007, Spears admitted herself to a treatment facility in Malibu, California. She left the facility briefly but returned on February 22, 2007. The previous day, Kevin Federline had requested an emergency hearing regarding the custody of his children with Spears but his attorney announced that his client asked to cancel the court appearance. No further explanation was given. Spears left the rehabilitation center on March 20 according to her manager, who said she was released after "successfully completing their program". Throughout early 2007, Spears embarked on a series of controversial behavior, including attacking a photographer with an umbrella. As the legal battle over the custody of Spears's children continued, many members of her entourage have been subpoenaed to testify about her parenting skills.

In September 2007, the official findings in Spears' custody battle were announced by the court. "Based on the evidence presented, the Court finds that there is a habitual, frequent, and continuous use of controlled substances by Petitioner Spears." She was ordered to undergo random drug and alcohol testings conducted by the court, and also ordered to attend parenting counseling. Spears and Federline continue to share joint custody of their two children on a conditional basis. A few days later, Spears was officially charged with misdemeanor hit-and-run and driving without a license. If convicted, she could face a year in jail.

On October 1, 2007, Spears lost physical custody of her children to her ex-husband, Kevin Federline. Superior Court Judge Scott M. Gordon ruled that Federline will take custody of the children on October 3, 2007, "until further order of the court".

In September 2007, terrorist leader Muhammad Abdel-Al of the Popular Resistance Committees threatened to decapitate Spears and Madonna if they did not convert to Islam, both in audiotapes played on TMZ.com and in the book Shmoozing with Terrorists by Aaron Klein. "If I meet these whores I will have the honor -%u2013 I repeat, I will have the honor %u2013- to be the first one to cut the heads off Madonna and Britney Spears if they will keep spreading their satanic culture against Islam," Abdel-Al said.
