The State of Texas, the 5th Circuit Federal Court of Appeal, and now the Supreme Court, has repeatedly denied Greg the right to a new trial at which the issues of innocence and other Constitutional and procedural matters, including denial of the confrontation clause concerning Adams statement, wrongly introduced at the trial, could be addressed. This denial threatens to make a mockery of Justice, and brings the prospect of the execution of an innocent man. Greg has been sentenced to death for crimes that were committed and confessed to by John Wade Adams who was also, later, tried and convicted for the murder of Donna Vick.

So Greg Wrights passed a DNA and polygraph test, but the state of Texas still wants to execute him. Gov.Perry, and his army of flunkies are truly sick people. They are only concerned about being "tough on crime", not guilt, innocence or justice for that matter!!! This sick and crooked death penalty needs to be constitutionally overturned by the U. S. Supreme Court, but I do not think that is going to happen for at least another 10-15 years. Greg, I hope you make it out of this horrendous situation. GIVE THIS MAN SOME JUSTICE BEFORE TIME RUNS OUT!!!!!!

The death penalty is wrong in all circumstances, but in cases involving the falsely accused, it becomes imperative that this barbaric process be put to rest with the rest of history's horrors such as slavery, child labor, and political torture.
