The State of Texas, the 5th Circuit Federal Court of Appeal, and now the Supreme Court, has repeatedly denied Greg the right to a new trial at which the issues of innocence and other Constitutional and procedural matters, including denial of the confrontation clause concerning Adams statement, wrongly introduced at the trial, could be addressed. This denial threatens to make a mockery of Justice, and brings the prospect of the execution of an innocent man. Greg has been sentenced to death for crimes that were committed and confessed to by John Wade Adams   who was also, later, tried and convicted for the murder of Donna Vick.
