Hatred Bigotry & Violence Don't Belong at Care2

Please take this pledge to keep Care2 true to its tenets:

"I promise to relentlessly report to Care2 and to flag down comments, blogs, 'news' items, and personal Care2 pages which personally attack innocent individuals, including Care2 members;
or which unjustly defame nationalities and members of racial, ethnic, religious, disability or voting or other groups, because of such group membership;
or which incite or promote violence against or promote the eradication of countries/nationalities, racial groups, ethnic groups, religious or other groups or individuals." 

The Care2 Website has a policy of tolerating disagreement, but not promotion of hatred or violence.  Let's find our way back to that.

Further: untrue comment, blog, "news" and personal Care2 page statements containing defamatory disinformation about individuals, or about members of groups such as are listed above, will be reported and flagged down;
and the labeling of individuals or groups, such as are listed above, with hateful and inaccurate, offensive, often made-up and propagandist terms, because of their disagreement with others, terms such as "FemiNazis," "Lib'tards," "Retards," and "Satan," or any other inaccurate and derogatory slurs, will be reported and flagged down;
and graphic postings indicating that weapons should be aimed at individuals, or at national or ethnic symbols such as national flags, as well as graphic postings indicating that such individuals, flags or other symbols of nationalities or ethnicities should be eradicated, or "crossed out," will also be reported and flagged down.

Further, those who attempt to leave disinformation about, or defamatory slurs against individuals and/or charitable organizations, or other peaceable groups, as comments on this petition itself will be blocked and their names and comments be removed, and their actions reported to Care2 and any other appropriate entities.
