You have to give Rani back to Ramesh (though I thought his name was Ram Singh Munda). If a person in the United States is allowed to own a wild animal (such as a tiger) in their home, then Ramesh, who has the space to keep Rani should definitely be given the right to care for her too!!

I don't think that rescuing an animal should be illegal and that if the bear has been healthy and happy with his family, he should be able to stay with his family as long as they can care for him.
