HELP ROMANIA TO STERILIZE HOMELESS DOGS

Dear mr.Basescu,we would like to kindly ask you to help homeless dogs from Romania to have a normal life to have the chance to have the right to a normal life, life that God give to all of us.
We Proanima sustain the law project that said that we should sterilize all homeless dogs and give them back to territory.
As you know ,in this moment homeless dogs are kept in very bad and poor conditions ,and and all kind of bad and cruel things are happening to them.
So please Mr.President help us to help animals for their write to leave.
