Help save Faith Kilburn's Shih Tzu Family!

Faith Kilburn is being forced by the town of West Hartford to give up 18 of her 21 Shih Tzu's.
Last week Judge Richard Rittenband upheld West Hartford's zoning law that limits West Hartford residents to 2 dogs without a permit.
Tell the town of West Hartford to re-think their zoning law. No matter the number of pets these animals have received/continue to receive impeccable care and attention. At what point do we draw the line between town ordinances and the town telling you how to live?
